SHOPPING SERVICE

This service is provides special for those who are interest in shopping. Quoted on private basis, using air-conditioned vehicle, our dedicated staff will be at your service to escort you in finding the items that you are looking to buy & assist you in selecting the quality product.

March to July & September to December are consider a high season for business shopping, so please do inform us in advance of your forthcoming programs as to enable us to provide the proper arrangement. Advance information regarding kind of goods you are looking for is necessary as well.

We will personally introduce you to a wide range of suppliers & manufactures, based on your needs. All purchases goods will be collected the following day by our cargo staff, ready for packing & shipping.

In a matter of placing order, need a quality control inspections or assistance in payment process, Indonesian Sourcing will charges a fee of 5 – 15% on these items, depend on the total value of the goods. In return, you save a lot of time & cost as we know all the local deals & cope with them on your behalf.

We can also assist you in sourcing new products and suppliers, other pertaining works to the printed matters, brand packaging & labeling (hang tag, sticker, business card, brass plaque, codes, shopping bag & promotion material).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit & payment

A deposit of 50% from the total invoice is required upon receive of all orders & once the fund have cleared to our account, the orders will commence.
Balance payment should be received within one week prior to completion of goods. Inspection & collection of goods will be preceded after that.
Payment should be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account. You may transfer in AUD$ / NZ$ / EURO / UKP - our bank will automatically convert the funds to Indonesian Rupiah or American Dollar, based on the exchange rate of the day.

Minimum Orders

We required a minimum order of US$1.000,00, otherwise an order fee of US$ 100.00 will be applied (excluding the shipping costs)

Production times

Will be depending on the volume of goods and variety of suppliers. Usually, it will takes about 5 - 6 weeks production for most items and about 1 to 2 weeks for collection & packing

Quality Control

Product inspection and quality check is one of our main duties as to ensure that it is complied the determined standards. Will report all details progress of the production as to meet your requirements.
We assist you in sourcing new products and suppliers, liaising with manufactures and suppliers, placing orders, scheduling payment, production monitoring, inspect & collecting goods, labeling, packaging, preparing for shipping.
Product’s inspection will be conducted prior to final payment and packing. Please be informed that Indonesian sourcing is not liable for manufacturing flaws, size variations, error in coloration or production error.

SHIPPING SERVICE

In collaboration with our sister company, Naval Cargo, we complete the service for packaging & shipping of all bulky items.
All cargo shipments are calculated per cubic meter and charge in US$. All conveyed by sea, unless you mention special request.

DESTINATION’S ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Some countries impose a goods & service tax (GST) on imported items.
Insurance is payable on all purchasing goods at 3% from the total amount stated on the invoices.

Upon receiving goods at your destination, our shipping agent will notify you of its arrival on port. You are free to collect it personally to the distribution center of our shipping agent and clear the custom by yourself or if required, we can arrange delivery to your door at additional charge
